Honestly, it was THE BEST decision I ever made! I now eat what I want. I don’t worry about being perfect with my food. All food is good food.

Q: Will this course help me lose weight?

My question to you is, why do you want to lose weight? Is it for a health goal or is for a body goal? If it’s for your HEALTH, then Destination: Freedom will give you the tools to build a healthy relationship with food, which can help you reach your happiest & healthiest weight. If you want to lose weight for a body goal, then this is a body image issue. Destination: Freedom has an entire module dedicated to improving your body image & teaching you HOW to love your body. To be clear, I am NOT anti-weight loss IF it’s for health reasons. But, I am ALWAYS anti-dieting.

 

Q: Is there a workout program included in Destination: Freedom?

Yes! There are 5, 20-minute, circuit-training workouts inside Destination: Freedom. However, you are not at all required to do these workouts. Inside module 4, I teach you how to utilize intuitive movement (movement you genuinely ENJOY doing). If circuit-style weight lifting is a type of movement you enjoy, then these workouts will be perfect for you 😊 If you'd like to explore other forms of movement, I'm 100% supportive of that. Module 4 has plenty of movement ideas!

 

Q: If I have an eating disorder, is this program right for me?

No. Eating disorders are a very serious medical condition & should be handled by a professional medical team trained specifically in this area.
